Una
decisión valiente, pero compleja. Porque, sin mando sobre recursos, no está claro cómo se promueve la comunicación transversal que pretenden:

No me extraña pues que lo consideren como una aventura:

Otro inconveniente añadido es que, si funciona, no está claro cómo replicarlo en otros sitios: el éxito o fracaso parece depender en gran medida de la personalidad del responsable...
